2. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By acquiring and/or possessing the ticket, the user accepts all of these general conditions.
3. ACCESS TO THE VENUE
3.1. Access to the venue will be granted upon presentation of the ticket or voucher, which will be scanned for verification. The ticket or voucher may be exchanged for a wristband, card, or other access mechanism, means, or system. To receive the access system, the ticket must be presented along with a DNI (or equivalent identification document). Only one access system will be issued per person. This mechanism will under no circumstances be issued without being placed on the user's wrist by the organization's staff.
Access to the festival will only be granted upon reading of the ticket or voucher and/or presentation of the corresponding access system.
For access to the venue, the DNI (or equivalent identification document) must also be presented along with the ticket or access system. This document must also be shown, if requested, inside the event venue by the organizer or security personnel.
The ticket, voucher, and/or access system must be kept in perfect condition, without any deterioration, to gain access to the venue. Furthermore, if at any time during the event, a user is found not to have a ticket, voucher, and/or access system, said user may be requested by security personnel to prove the access system used, and if they fail to do so, and/or if the access system is not valid and/or correct, they may be expelled from the venue.
The access system is personal and non-transferable.
Information regarding the locations and times for exchanging the ticket or voucher for the corresponding access system will be provided, if applicable, through the website, social media, and/or usual communication channels associated with the event.
Access to the venue will not be permitted after 3:00 AM or after the time determined for each specific event. Once this time has passed, no new entries will be allowed, and any exit will not permit re-entry if attempted after the indicated time.
3.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that a cashless payment mechanism is used, whether or not linked to the access system, the access and/or payment system must be retained, as well as all associated data and information, for the purpose of any corresponding refunds.

4. GENERAL TICKET CONDITIONS
The purchase of a ticket implies acceptance of the following conditions:
4.1. Once the ticket has been purchased, its amount will only be exchanged or refunded in case of event cancellation. In all other cases, no refunds will be accepted (including installment sales).
In case of cancellation, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, in the manner specified. For these purposes, cancellation will be considered the suspension of more than half of the program, either before the start of the event or once it has begun.
Under no circumstances will the organization refund the distribution cost that may be applied by the sales channels through which tickets are marketed, as the organization is not, in any way, a provider of the service through the sales channel, nor a recipient of said amount.

4.2. The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program (both its content and its order).
4.3. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at official points of sale. The festival organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. The ticket must be safeguarded by the user until the day of the event. 4.4. Resale of tickets is not permitted.

In the case of events not promoted by the company, the rules established by the promoter/organizer of the corresponding event will apply, who will be the sole holder of rights and obligations in relation to it.

5.1. Minors under 16 years of age will not be permitted access to the venue, unless accompanied by their parents, guardians, or legally responsible persons.
The accompanying person or persons of the minor must present, for access to the venue, as well as at any time they are requested to do so inside, their DNI and family book or legal document proving their relationship with the minor, and previously, complete the corresponding authorization.
In the case of foreign nationals, they must provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin, equivalent to the above.
If the accompanying person is neither the father, mother, nor legal guardian or responsible person of the minor, they must present an authorization signed by the father, mother, legal guardian or responsible person, along with a photocopy of the DNI of the father, mother, legal guardian or responsible person and the family book.

Participants assign the rights to their own image, derived from their attendance at the event, for the creation of audiovisual materials on any type of support (including electronic media) and for their use, exploitation, and dissemination by any technical reproduction procedure or image and sound exploitation system. The foregoing may not be subject to exploitation, reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication, assignment, or transformation, unless expressly authorized by the indicated owner or holders of the rights. The acquisition and/or possession of the ticket and/or access system does not grant users any prerogative or ownership over the intellectual or industrial property rights related to the elements included therein.
